which phrase is correct to write?

I hope,you are fine/I hope,you will be fine.

I hope you are fine. - I hope you are okay now.
I hope you will be fine - I hope you are okay in the future/soon (used when someone is not well at the moment, and usually followed by 'soon') I hope you will be fine soon.
