Hello Igal1,

'Sleeping in' is a common phrasal verb used when someone wants to sleep in past their regular waking hour. For example, if you normally get up at 6 am but, on Saturday, you wake up at 8 am, then you slept in.

Relaxing can't be used here because it doesn't make sense with the preposition 'in' that follows. You can't say 'relaxing in.' I also can't think of an occasion when 'sleeping to' is used either.
