Hi,
I'd like to ask why it is used the word "over" in this sentence. Does it possibly follow the same patern like phrase "over there"?
Thanks.

Hi Betty,

Thick, dense, dark clouds that often appear low in the sky. (The reason for the denseness is the amount of water vapour held by them.)
